FT Talent hosted its first-ever Talent Challenge in New York from November 30 to December 2, 2022. 50 bright entrepreneurial minds interested in the Future of News brainstormed on boosting business school engagement with the media.
Participants competed in teams to solve real business & strategic cases related to the digital and media world while working directly with FT mentors who supported them throughout the event.
They worked on challenges related to how the FT can be better at attracting and engaging younger readers and more specifically business school students. Through this challenge, FT made these students part of the change by hearing directly from them on how the FT can be catering to them.
