FT Talent Ambassador Consulting Project
FT Talent hosts an FT Talent Ambassador Program, open to former FT Talent Challenge participants. FT Talent Ambassadors are a key voice of FT Talent, and are invited to collaborate for multiple internal projects, and promote campaigns throughout the year to represent FT Talent and the Financial Times to their communities.
Consulting Project 2023
The most engaged FT Talent Ambassadors that expressed an interest in consulting as a career path were offered a 2-month consulting project (from March to May) by the FT Talent team in partnership with FT Strategies.
FT Strategies is the start-up media consulting firm within the Financial Times, which empowers other businesses in the media industry to bring the truth to the public based on the lived and long experience of the Financial Times. Ambassadors learnt from the hands of FT Strategies expert consultants during a one-hour intensive consulting session and mentoring drop in sessions.
The winners, Filippo Caprioglio, Giovanni Petra and Joshua M. Devine were announced on the 17th of May in an interactive virtual session with other ambassador participants, the FT Talent team, and FT Strategists. There, they got to celebrate their success and network with their peers. Congratulations!
