JEE Winter Conference

FT Talent at the Junior Enterprises Europe Winter Conference

On March 12th, FT Talent collaborated with the Junior Enterprises Europe for their Winter Conference 2023 in Brussels, for a discussion with Virginia Stagni from FT Talent. The interview, “Intrapreneurship and News” was a proficuous exchange, which provided the Junior Entrepreneurs with numerous insights.

JEE is a student-run, pan-European network representing more than 33,000 young entrepreneurs in 370 local non-profit organisations, called Junior Enterprises, and is present in 16 European countries. By running professional consulting studies and managing small to medium-sized enterprises, the students add practical experience to their theoretical skills, develop entrepreneurship at an early stage, and broaden their skills. JEE helps foster the exchange of knowledge and management skills between its members.

Virginia inspired young innovative entrepreneurs with unique insights about the future of the media industry and journalism, tips to foster career growth and development across different teams and her personal experience as a young female entrepreneur and founder. Highlighting the importance of an intrapreneurial mindset and an interdisciplinary skillset, she empowers younger generations to strive in working environments.
